Bonus! Christmas edition!

So, since 2020 is almost over, I decided to boost a bit your confidence! Don’t you think it’s time? Well, let’s get started!

This year has been quite tricky for all of us. New habits, different lifestyle, social distancing, online lessons and work sessions are only some of the functions that changed our lives a lot.

Our mental health has been influenced a lot by all these changes, and that’s why I am here today!

Let’s revise together some standards to feel good with ourselves!

#1:  Every morning, thank yourself for something you are grateful.

#2: Drink lots of water during the day. In general, stay hydrated and eat well and healthy!

#3: Exercise often. Experts say that daily exercise helps to increase positivity and happiness!

#4: Follow a daily schedule. Following a routine helps you stay organised, so no stress at all!

#5: Give some free time to yourself! Take a walk outside, take some fresh air and enjoy as much as possible nature!

#6: Do something you love. Dance your favourite song, sing it, play the piano or your favourite instrument, draw a landscape or a character that you like!

#7: Entertain yourself! Watch your favourite series and movies! Make it a movie night with your loved ones!

#8: Talk with friends!

#9: Stay up to date with the latest news, but be careful not to get negatively impacted by it!

#10: Have a positive mindset!

These were the top 10 things I followed during the quarantine. I am not an expert, although I hope my advice helps you!
