So, before I start telling where have I been, if you’re new here: Hi! My name is Evelyn. My pronouns are they/them (I also accept she/her). I am 17 years old, I play violin and piano, like to sing and draw! I mostly like being creative, and I want my content to be unique, and something that stands out. I don’t like copying or participating in trends, because I feel that I am copying other people and in my opinion this does no good to anyone. Everyone has to be unique and beautiful their own way! I am going to an ordinary school since September 2022, because I am also having A-level courses to graduate to my dream university (Oxford University). In my A levels, I decided to take Maths, Chemistry and Biology. I have a small surprise for those, but later! In my ordinary school I am being taught everything (tiring haha) but I like it, It’s good to have different things to know about! I don’t have anything else that I haven’t updated you about, so let’s find out some more things about me! Keep reading!
I apologize for being absent for so long! The truth is, that balancing school and A-levels along with blogging is no easy thing, more like impossible! Right now, I finished all of my current exams both my school ones and my AS exams. So, for those who don’t know, I will be leaving Greece in one year from now, to go to the university of my dreams, which is Oxford. I really hope I can be a chosen one, that’s why I wanted to dedicate every second of my time to studies. I will be telling the truth though, this decision wasn’t the best, and it was actually very unhealthy of mine. When you decide to dedicate your time to something that requires your full energy, have no breaks and almost no social life, makes your mental health really go downhill. And the truth is that my mental health needs immediate fixing haha. I finished my exams a few days ago, on Wednesday, and decided to take a break from everything until today (Sunday). I did some cleaning, cooked, and did things that made me happy. I needed to heal. I wasn’t talking to many people these days, barely even checking my phone. My screentime was down to 20 mins a day! I actually loved that little break of mine. Indeed, I did have my ups and downs, but most of all I feel way better with my mental health. Remember: someone in order to heal needs to take a break from everything that is damaging themselves. Also, omg! I almost forgot! Happy pride my fellows<3 I wish to everyone to be free and happy the way they like.
So I have some interesting news. First thing is, that indeed I will be studying during summer for my A-levels, but I’m not going to stop posting here! I have a tons of ideas. I decided to make this blog a little less professional, and to be honest make it more personal. I like to express my feelings through words, so I decided that I will post articles with no specific content, just, whatever comes to my mind. I believe that this can work the best for me, because I haven’t had it easy with posting like, ever. I will still though think of topics that anyone can be interested in. I will also post school stuff, but this will be for my premium readers! I have now opened my subscription mode, which means that anyone can subscribe to my blog and donate to my a small amount of money (£5) and get access to exclusive content like, articles, updates and also my very own notes in many many subjects, along with tips in order to focus more and study effectively! (some tips will also be posted as a normal article, but for more content make sure to subscribe!)
Honestly, these are all the news from my side! I’ll be more than happy if you comment under this post, make sure to like and also share! Soon enough, I will be updating my Instagram, Pinterest and Youtube, with a full how-to guide, in order to get familiar with how to use my blog the best way possible!
Please make sure to stay safe, smile and be optimistic towards life! Coming back with a new article very soon!
