Hello everyone and welcome back to my beloved blog! I hope you missed me a bit! I apologize for not posting consistently and every other week as I’ve planned, but I have a heavy schedule to follow every day! Although, that doesn’t mean that I will stop posting here! I will try my best to keep up with school and blogging! Today, I have planned an article for encouragement and confidence! Since I’ve seen so many videos on that topic, I believe that it’s time we discuss it!
Our topic for today is Glow Up. I’m sure that you have seen so many videos and articles about it and you try to glow up but can’t! You always blame yourself, something that leads to negativity and unwillingness. Am I right? I know I am, that’s why you’re here! I will help you by giving you some suggestions and tips about glowing up!
First off, in order to glow up someone needs motivation. Motivation comes in two ways, external and internal. It is important to have both. Internal motivation comes from within. You need to believe in yourself and if you don’t you better work at that. If you need any help, my DMs are always open on my Instagram account (@diamondblog) <3. External motivation comes from people you love, activities you do, songs you listen to and generally, anything that makes you happy! It is a part of glow up and you cannot make it without motivation! So, this is your sign to work on yourself!
Let’s continue now to some tips for physical glow up! What has really helped me to not only lose weight but also feel better, is drinking 8 glasses of water every day and exercising. I’m sure though you’ve listened this a lot times before and always said: “But, I’m so lazy and I don’t like water!”. I’m here for ya and I have some ideas that may help you!
So, first things first, let’s start with water. I know what you mean when you say I don’t drink water because I do the exact same thing! Sometimes, we’re lazy to get up and get us a glass of water, so instead of doing that, you better have a bottle next to your working/study space and even bed! If that bottle is 500ml, or 750ml, or even 1l, you will set goals. Try every day to drink all the water in the bottle when you feel thirsty and believe me that you will finish it before you even know it! It works, I have tried that and it really works! Next up!
Exercise.. Well, exercise cannot be that easy for anyone, but! You can do it if you really want it! I suggest you to start by walking. Morning walks have really helped me change my perspective about life and clear my mind! If you have school like me, then that’s okay if you don’t have the time for that! If you want to help yourself then try to exercise for 3 times a week and not for a long time. I suggest you to exercise for 10 minutes a day if you are a beginner and gradually increase that time. You don’t need to do really hard workouts, better do what suits you best! If you are able it will be better for you to get professional help, otherwise you can easily follow professionals from YouTube or other platforms. If really all you wanna do is scroll all over your phone, then I suggest you to listen to a podcast or simple music so that you will feel more like resting rather than exercising!
Although, water and exercise aren’t the only thing that can make you glow up. Tidying up your space, eating healthy and getting fresh air are part of them too! Try every morning to make up your bed, dress up into a nice outfit or take a shower if that makes you feel better. In general, try to do what is best for you in order to start your day with positive energy!
All of this and many more are mentioned in the YouTube videos I will recommend below, that have helped me a lot feel better, change my perspective and find a better me! I hope you liked this article and if you did then make sure to follow on all my social media platforms that will be linked down below! Thank you very much for reading! I will come back soon with brand new content! Take care! Byee<3!
